About Camtel
CAMTEL INC was founded in the Spring of 2009 and has completed several projects within the telecommunications industry to include Site Acquisition, Construction Management, Drive testing, Cell site Maintenance and Project Management of a CAF 300 site build out in the Southeast United States. Most recently an ongoing 60 site OSP construction project for CenturyLink in Ohio.

Carl provides over 30 years management and hands on experience in the design, deployment and operations of telecommunications systems. Giving him the knowledge and understanding required to successfully complete market rollouts as well as ongoing operations and maintenance. His technical knowledge includes RF Engineering, Site Acquisition, Construction Management, Facilities Provisioning and infrastructure deployment.Previous to CAMTEL Inc. Carl most recently served as National Business Development Manager for TEKsystems’ EF&I division. Preceding this as a Regional PM for Wireless Facilities Inc responsible for the successful rollout of 2G and 3G markets. He has also held the position of BTA Manager for NextWave wireless overseeing the design and deployment of two BTAs in Florida. Earlier to this he served in a variety of management and supervisory rolls as well as in the US Army in communications.
